Sergio is a class 1 instructor with over 800 hours of experience on powered aircraft. Originally from Mexico, he moved to Canada in 2016 to pursue his dream of becoming a pilot, and also discovered a passion for teaching others how to fly.

Matthew is a Class 3 flight instructor originally from England, moving to Canada in 2015 and completing all of his flight training in the lower mainland before finding his calling in helping others follow the same path.

Chris has been in the aviation industry for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from CAUC (Civil Aviation University of China) and spent four years working for Air China. It was there that he discovered his passion for becoming a pilot and decided to begin his journey in Calgary, AB. He completed his PPL, CPL, and Multi IFR in Alberta. Subsequently, he completed his Instructor Rating in Abbotsford, BC. Chris served as a flight instructor in Fredericton, NB, before returning to BC. Outside of aviation, he can be found in the gym or hiking with his pup and family, exploring the mountains.

Nish’s passion for aviation drove him to migrate to Canada and realize his dream of becoming a pilot. His main focus is now on teaching students to fly and helping them achieve their own aspirations. When he's not instructing or flying, he also works as a computer technician, utilizing his background in electronics engineering to handle technical challenges or you might spot him on one of the many breathtakingly beautiful hiking trails that British Columbia has to offer!

Mo began his flying journey five years ago on the PA28 Cherokee, later transitioning to the Cessna 172. Since then, he has trained at multiple airports around British Columbia. As a BC local, Mo cherishes all that the region has to offer, from its breathtaking mountains to its relaxing beaches. His goal is to make flying a safe, fun, and rewarding experience for everyone.

Mehrzad is a Class 4 instructor who completed an extensive range of pilot training in Waterloo, Ontario. Mehrzad holds an Honours Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo. His passion for aviation was further fueled by his experience working part-time at Harbour Air in downtown Vancouver, which deeply ingrained in him a love for flying in the Vancouver area. Outside of his professional life, Mehrzad is an avid adventurer; you might find him exploring the North Shore or driving along the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway. He also enjoys traveling, particularly to visit family in Dubai.

Asad has been involved in aviation for over 15 years. His journey began at the age of 14 with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, where he earned both gliding and flying scholarships by the age of 17. He also gained valuable experience in aerobatics and later joined the RAF Reserves while pursuing his academic studies. Asad holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering with First Class distinction. Fueled by a passion for flight since the age of five, Asad relocated to British Columbia to complete his pilot training in the Lower Mainland. There, he obtained his PPL, CPL, and Instructor Rating. He now serves as a flight instructor, guiding aspiring aviators toward achieving their aviation goals. When not in the cockpit, Asad can often be found on two wheels or seeking out his next adrenaline rush through a variety of thrill-seeking activities.

Allison Pelletier is our Assistant Chief Flight Instructor in Springabnk, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. A Class 1 Flight Instructor with over 2,000 flight hours, Allison has spent the last 12 years immersed in the aviation industry, honing her skills and mentoring the next generation of pilots. Beyond the cockpit, Allison leads an adventurous life. She is an avid scuba diver, a certified competition aerobatics judge, and a passionate reader. Her diverse interests and deep aviation knowledge make her an invaluable member of our team, inspiring both students and colleagues alike.

Salamat Ur Rahman recently relocated from Ontario, bringing with him valuable experience as a former flight dispatcher with Ornge Air Ambulance, where he was responsible for coordinating patient transfers across the province. He completed his flight training and earned his Flight Instructor Rating at Brampton Flight Centre—one of Canada’s busiest non-towered aerodromes. Outside of aviation, Salamat is passionate about gaming with friends and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and hiking in the Rockies.
