Our fleet includes seven reliable and versatile Cessna 172(M and N models) single-engine aircraft, perfect for mastering the fundamentals of flying. For those advancing to multi-engine training, we offer the Piper Seneca II, a trusted twin-engine aircraft renowned for its performance and handling.
To complement our aircraft, we also provide training on two state-of-the-art Alsim AL250 simulators. These advanced simulators allow you to sharpen your skills in a controlled environment, ensuring you’re well-prepared for real-world flying conditions.
Our entire fleet is serviced by our in-house maintenance facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability. This commitment allows us to offer maximum flexibility in your training schedule, so you can focus on achieving your aviation goals with confidence.
In response to growing demand, we are rapidly expanding our aircraft fleet to ensure we continue to meet your training needs with the highest level of service and availability.
Single Engine Aircraft
CESSNA 172
The Cessna 172 is probaby the most widely used training aircraft.
Flight Characteristics:
- Stability: The Cessna 172 is known for its forgiving flight characteristics, making it an ideal choice for students learning to fly. Its stable handling helps build confidence, and its high-wing design provides excellent visibility.
- Takeoff and Landing: With a relatively short takeoff distance (approx. 805 feet over a 50-foot obstacle), the 172M is well-suited for operations at smaller airports. Landing is also straightforward due to its predictable behavior during approach and touchdown.
Training Benefits:
- Versatility: The Cessna 172 is versatile enough for all stages of flight training, from initial Private Pilot License (PPL) to instrument ratings. Its reliability and ease of handling help students progress through their training smoothly.
- Endurance Training: With its significant range, students can undertake cross-country flights with confidence, gaining valuable experience in navigation, fuel management, and flight planning.
- Safety: Known for its safety record, the 172 is equipped with robust landing gear and a durable airframe, providing an added layer of security during training.

Multi Engine Aircraft
PIPER SENECA II
The Piper Seneca II is a highly effective multi-engine training aircraft, offering a balance of performance, safety, and complexity that equips students with the skills needed for advanced flight operations.
Flight Characteristics:
- Handling: The Piper Seneca II is known for its solid and stable flight characteristics, making it an excellent platform for multi-engine training. Its responsive handling provides a good balance between complexity and ease of control, which is ideal for developing pilots’ skills in managing more advanced aircraft.
- Asymmetric Flight: A key part of multi-engine training is handling asymmetric thrust situations (engine failure scenarios). The Piper Seneca II, with its twin-engine configuration, offers an ideal platform for students to practice engine-out procedures, essential for obtaining a Multi-Engine Rating.
- Takeoff and Landing: With a takeoff distance of about 1,600 feet over a 50-foot obstacle and landing distance of approximately 1,400 feet, the Seneca II is suitable for operations at a variety of airports, including smaller fields.
Training Benefits:
- Multi-Engine Experience: The Piper Seneca II is an excellent aircraft for students transitioning from single-engine to multi-engine operations. It provides a comprehensive introduction to the complexities of multi-engine flight, including engine management, system redundancy, and emergency procedures.
- Instrument Training: Due to its advanced avionics and ability to operate at higher altitudes, the Seneca II is well-suited for instrument flight training. Students can gain valuable experience in IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) conditions, enhancing their proficiency in navigation and precision flying.
- Performance Management: Training in the Seneca II helps students develop a deep understanding of performance management, including the impact of weight and balance, power settings, and altitude on aircraft performance.
Safety Features:
- Redundant Systems: As a multi-engine aircraft, the Seneca II offers increased safety through system redundancy, such as dual engines, multiple electrical systems, and dual vacuum pumps. This allows students to experience and learn how to manage potential in-flight failures safely.
- Turbocharging: The turbocharged engines provide consistent performance even at higher altitudes, making it a versatile aircraft for various training missions, including high-altitude operations.
Career Preparation:
- Commercial Pilot Training: The Piper Seneca II is often used in advanced stages of pilot training, including the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Multi-Engine Rating. Training in this aircraft prepares students for the type of operations and decision-making they will encounter in a professional flying career.
