Ashley is our ECFI Excellence Scholarship winner at the Springbank base, recognized for the habits that define a strong, safety-minded pilot: consistent preparation, professionalism, and solid academic performance. She approaches every lesson with focus, respects procedures, and welcomes feedback to improve quickly. From day one, Ashley has treated training with purpose—and we’re proud to support her continued progress in the cockpit and beyond.

ECFI Excellence Scholarship

Simon is an ECFI Excellence Scholarship winner, selected for his genuine passion for aviation and the commitment he brings to training. His inspiration began while camping by a lake, watching aircraft fly overhead and imagining what it would feel like to be at the controls. Since then, he’s carried that spark into every lesson with consistency, curiosity, and a strong work ethic—plus a mindset that lifts others up: show up prepared, stay steady when it gets hard, and never hesitate to ask questions.
